1. Accommodation Booking Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a refund after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund.
• No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

B. Modification of Booking

Guests may request date changes subject to room availability.
Approval of changes is at the discretion of Ashram management.

2. Donation Policy (Annadan, Gaushala, Seva)

All donations made towards:

• Annadan Seva
• Gaushala Seva
• Religious Programs
• General Ashram Support

are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If a transaction is deducted twice due to a technical error, please contact us within 3 days with transaction proof.

3. Event / Religious Program Registrations

If registration fees are applicable for any event:

• Refund eligibility (if any) will be mentioned on the respective event page.
• In case of event cancellation by the Ashram, full refunds will be processed.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed:

• To the original payment method
• Within 7–10 business days
• After verification of transaction details

Payment gateway charges, taxes, or bank fees may be deducted.
